Great to work with I was looking to purchase a new car and went to Bredemann. Contrary to my expectations visiting "sales" at a dealership, the experience I had was qui I was looking to purchase a new car and went to Bredemann. Contrary to my expectations visiting "sales" at a dealership, the experience I had was quite different than I expected. No pressure, no second introduction with the "manager". No hard sell. As a matter of fact, they suggested I just think about it and let them know if I was interested in talking about a purchase. I had just test driven a hybrid and was interested in going forward. When I said I was interested, after a little discussion, we agreed on the price. No repeated back and forth negotiation. I felt they really tried to make it work and presented a very fair package. Never felt pressured. I was impressed and highly recommend them. Since purchasing, Charles Raslina, the sales person who finalized the deal with us, has remained involved and has been extraordinarily helpful explaining the ins and outs of operating the car on a number of occasions and has made me feel welcome in continuing to seek his assistance. More

Superb sales Kathy Walsh, and the team at Bredemann Lexus, were outstanding. I was working with a pretty reasonable budget and ready to put down a couple thous Kathy Walsh, and the team at Bredemann Lexus, were outstanding. I was working with a pretty reasonable budget and ready to put down a couple thousand dollars to buy or lease. I walked into 3 different dealerships and was treated like I was not important enough to sit down and discuss my needs. One dealership asked me for $11,000 down on a lease and when I laughed, they brought it down to $7,000 and I laughed again and then they brought it down To $3,000. All with the same monthly payment for a GMC SUV. How does that math work?? I walked out so frustrated thinking about how they take advantage of people. I walked into a Jeep dealership and was told, standing up in a hallway (not even a seat at a desk) my budget wouldn't afford their vehicle, nor could I afford any other SUV on the floor. I knew the numbers and knew my budget would work for the vehicles I was looking at, but, they simply would not give me a chance to discuss. My daughter suggested I go into Bredemann Lexus and I told her 'if the sales people don't take me seriously at GMC or Jeep or Ford, they won't take me seriously at Lexus nor would a Lexus dealership work with my budget if these other places wouldn't.' My daughter said , ' you have nothing to lose'. She was right and boy was I wrong. I walked into Bredemann and I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and looked at a few cars. Kathy Walsh came over to me and I told her my needs and she asked if I would like to test drive an RX350. I told her I didn't want to waste her time until we could work out some numbers. She said "sure, let's go in my office". Wow! I actually get to have a conversation at a desk about my budget and needs. That was a different experience from my others. After a few back and forth exchanges, we hit the target and I went on a test drive and leased a 2015 Lexus RX 350. I had NO intentions of getting a Lexus. I thought that would be completely out of my budget since these other car manufacturers dealerships/sales reps wouldn't work with me at all. Not only was Kathy Walsh professional and accommodating, she was so much fun to work with. She has the best sense of humor and my kids really enjoyed her conversations with them. I felt like not only did I walk away with an absolutely beautiful vehicle, but also a friend. The mangers and other sales reps were so friendly and congratulatory to us. I simply cannot say enough about Kathy and the whole Bredemann experience. I thank them for working with me and appreciate their professionalism and friendliness. I'm driving a Lexus!!!!
