"Service with a smile!" I recently brought my car in for some brake work. Originally I was just going to wait for the work to be completed, but Christine Hackl (my service c I recently brought my car in for some brake work. Originally I was just going to wait for the work to be completed, but Christine Hackl (my service consultant) had checked my service history and brought to my attention that my regular service was due. This was huge for me because not only did it save me another trip back but also a separate diagnostic charge for my brake inspection. Since this visit was going to take a little longer than expected Christine offered me a shuttle service or a loaner. I took the loaner so I could get some errands done. Once my car was ready Christine called me to let me know and welcomed me back with a smile walked me to the cashiers. There she reviewed the bill with me and went over my inspection sheet giving me the heads up that I might need filters at my next visit. Needless to say I am very pleased with the service I receive at Bredemann Lexus ???????? More

Awesome detail I brought my car in for service recently and was working with Malinda. I had inquired about some work repairs but Malinda told me that a full detail I brought my car in for service recently and was working with Malinda. I had inquired about some work repairs but Malinda told me that a full detail would take care of the things that I want to get taken care if inside and outside. I was so happy with the way the detail came out. This is my first time having my car professionally cleaned and it was such a treat. When I came to pick up, Malinda was not available and another young lady named Martha was able to review my paperwork with me. Martha also applied a detail coupon that was able to be put towards my detail charges. Bredemann is such a wonderful service center! More
