Best service at a dealership! I recently brought my sisters 2012 RX350 in for service and Christine Hackl was my service writer. I was going to just take a walk while the work was I recently brought my sisters 2012 RX350 in for service and Christine Hackl was my service writer. I was going to just take a walk while the work was being done. Christine had offered me a ride home because of the service being done was going to take 2hours at minimum. I was more than happy to do so since there was plenty work to be done at home. Christine called as soon as the car was done I was able to get a ride back even thought a shuttle ride was offered. I got the full run down of what was done by Christine as well as a nice clean car to return to my sister. Thank you Bredemann for a painless process and thank you Christine for all your help! More

Lexs Service is the Best My parents brought their car in for an issue with oil leaking. Their first language is not English. Malinda was kind enough to call me after trying to communicate with them about a repair. I appreciate her and trust her with my parents esp since they are elderly. It turned out to be just water from the air conditioning. I feel many places would have taken advantage of them because of the language barrier. The tech's honesty and Malinda's help were greatly appreciate by myself and my parents. More

I've been coming here for years to get my oil change and all things have been pleasant. I recall having an issue with the tint peeling from one of my windows after picking up my vehicle after a routine oil change. The service manager agreed to have it fixed, and athough it took 3 separate attempts to get the correct shade and installation, he surprised me with his efforts to get the job done well. Not many dealerships that have this level of persistence for great customer service. Ps. Love the lady that hands out cookies in the waiting room. More
