Our first couple of oil changes were complimentary but after my great experience with Malinda I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. I could go to other dealers in Naperville or Westmont that are much closer but I choose not to. Working with Malinda is like working with a family member. She is a delight to work with. She is congenial, fun and very professional. She goes into great detail about what else the car could use. Always suggesting what the car needs but never pushing me to buy something. Of course, I always do what she recommends. Whenever I call for she gets me right in and less than an hour later I'm on my way. She offers a loaner but I choose to hang out and I'm on my way. More

I bought the Lexus and traded in my BMW. The mechanic, who took care of the repairs, deserves equally high praise. Norma Morris, who sold us the first Lexus at Bredemann many years ago, said at the time, "Once you bought a Lexus from Bredemann, you will never go back to another dealer." She was right. The good product and the professional service we receive do bring us back to Bredemann again and again but , perhaps more importantly, it is the professional and friendly attention we always receive from employees like Martha Turaczy.
