Malinda was kind enough to call me after trying to communicate with them about a repair. I appreciate her and trust her with my parents esp since they are elderly. It turned out to be just water from the air conditioning. I feel many places would have taken advantage of them because of the language barrier. The tech's honesty and Malinda's help were greatly appreciate by myself and my parents. More

I've been coming here for years to get my oil change and all things have been pleasant. I recall having an issue with the tint peeling from one of my windows after picking up my vehicle after a routine oil change. The service manager agreed to have it fixed, and athough it took 3 separate attempts to get the correct shade and installation, he surprised me with his efforts to get the job done well. Not many dealerships that have this level of persistence for great customer service. Ps. Love the lady that hands out cookies in the waiting room. More

Two stellar service advisors I had my car towed to Bredemann Lexus one night and was greeted by Jose Montanez. From the start, Jose was upfront and kind. After determining the pro I had my car towed to Bredemann Lexus one night and was greeted by Jose Montanez. From the start, Jose was upfront and kind. After determining the problem with my car, he called me with details and gave me options as to how to go about addressing the problem. Per his advice, I called my insurance company to see if they would cover the damages. Jose allowed me to keep a loaner vehicle (which ended up lasting one week) until the insurance company could come out to look at the car. Thank you to Pat Kappel who was so kind when I requested to change loaners to a smaller SUV. She also went out of her way to help me find my car when it was waiting to be seen by the insurance company. Every time I visit Lexus service department, she remembers my name and we have a friendly conversation. I ended up getting the car repaired at Bredemann as the claim was denied by the insurance company. Jose explained exactly what they would do and he called me when my car was ready. I appreciate Jose’s honesty and his genuine interest in helping the customer. Thank you, Jose! More
