Frozen door lock On Dec 19, 2015, my Lexus door lock froze, and I was not able to open it with my regular key. I needed to get it fixed and solve the problem --- On Dec 19, 2015, my Lexus door lock froze, and I was not able to open it with my regular key. I needed to get it fixed and solve the problem --- my wife Victoria and I were leaving for Florida the day after. So --- as in the past --- without hesitation --- I decided in a nanosecond: MARTHA TO THE RESCUE! I called her, and even though it was a very busy pre-Christmas Saturday, she told me to see her right away! Upon my arrival she took matters into her own hands and made sure the problem was solved within couple of hours. She also made me an extra push-button electronic key and we were set to go. Martha is the sort of dedicated professional that is attentive and cogent, patient and anticipatory in her questions, concerns and results. Above all, she remains a person we can depend on. We do thank you, Martha. You do not cease to amaze us. You continue to be thoroughly dedicated, outstanding and genuine. . Great to work with I was looking to purchase a new car and went to Bredemann. Contrary to my expectations visiting "sales" at a dealership, the experience I had was qui I was looking to purchase a new car and went to Bredemann. Contrary to my expectations visiting "sales" at a dealership, the experience I had was quite different than I expected. No pressure, no second introduction with the "manager". No hard sell. As a matter of fact, they suggested I just think about it and let them know if I was interested in talking about a purchase. I had just test driven a hybrid and was interested in going forward. When I said I was interested, after a little discussion, we agreed on the price. No repeated back and forth negotiation. I felt they really tried to make it work and presented a very fair package. Never felt pressured. I was impressed and highly recommend them. Since purchasing, Charles Raslina, the sales person who finalized the deal with us, has remained involved and has been extraordinarily helpful explaining the ins and outs of operating the car on a number of occasions and has made me feel welcome in continuing to seek his assistance. More
