Loving my new GX 460 5 Star service all around! I started shopping for a new Lexus GX 460 in June 2015. I filled out a True Car estimate online and was contacted by Woodf 5 Star service all around! I started shopping for a new Lexus GX 460 in June 2015. I filled out a True Car estimate online and was contacted by Woodfield, Arlington, and McGrath dealers, but none of them made an effort to win my business. They didn't seem to care and I didn't feel like a valued prospective customer, so I called Lexus Bredemann (they do not participate in the True Car program) and was welcomed by Kathy Walsh. I test drove a car with Kathy but just wasn't ready to buy it yet. I didn't feel pressured to buy at the time and left feeling good about my experience. Fast-forward to January 2016, I filled out another True Car estimate to refresh my memory and was contacted by those same dealers, and not surprisingly, the service has not changed there much. I contacted Kathy again, came back, and this time drove away in my new GX 460. Every aspect of buying a new car wins 5 star service with this dealer. Trading in an old car was easy and they matched my offer from another dealer. Mike with finance was easy to work with, and the manager made things happen. This is what a car buying experience should be like!!! I look forward to coming here for service.I would highly recommend Lexus Bredemann to my friends and family! More

Because of that experience I brought my daughters car's CRV in for minor dent repair on 1/26/16. Again Malinda did an excellent job of coordinating the work with Skip, their dent repair specialist, and making sure the work was performed to my satisfaction.
