Definitely above par from any other dealership or service department. However, sometimes people go to the next level of play that is just incredible. Martha took care of so many issues for me today that it was unbelievable (not only that, half of them weren't even scheduled for today). Not only that, her knowledge about everything was fantastic. She never placed me on hold or had to check with someone else.. The price was competitive, but it was just those extra couple of things with the "don't worry about it approach" that says, "why would I want to go anywhere else"? Thanks Martha!!!! More
