As I was relaying what happened to my mother, Martha, without hesitation, took over and had service men take my car and start working on it. I was both impressed and overwhelmed at her willingness to help and quick response to the situation, both handling my and my mother's car service issues simultaneously. Her follow-up and all around sweet demeanor made what could have been an unpleasant day, a very pleasant one. She is a jewel in their crown and that says a lot considering Bredeman Lexus is known for their excellent service! More
