He was very courteous, very kind, very patient, and very helpful. We took the car on a test drive. He had someone appraise my trade-in vehicle. We negotiated what I thought was a fair deal. I bought the Lexus and traded in my BMW. One reason I went to Bredemann Lexus was because at least 4 of my friends bought Lexuses at Bredemann and all were VERY PLEASED with the dealer and their purchase. More

The mechanic, who took care of the repairs, deserves equally high praise. Norma Morris, who sold us the first Lexus at Bredemann many years ago, said at the time, "Once you bought a Lexus from Bredemann, you will never go back to another dealer." She was right.
