While we were waiting for the diagnostic test, my daughters were offered fruit snacks and everyone in the waiting area was given freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. My service was going to take up to two hours so Malinda was able to get me a loaner car so I didn't have to wait there any longer with my girls. Without even asking, she moved and installed my car seats and stroller into the loaner car. She always makes sure that we get full accommodations and provides me with the available service specials.
