She showed us the 2 models we were interested in and explained all the options and dash controls on both before our test drives. She was patient and we felt no pressure to buy. The purchase experience was very smooth and easy. Pavlik had the vehicle prepped for us and again went through another full explanation of the options and controls on the vehicle we chose, a 2016 NX200T. Tim Ryan advised us of our payment options and again there was no pressure to go one way or another. Mike Shparago had our paperwork ready for our signatures and that process took less than 10 minutes even though he explained our options and advised us of a rebate available to us. More
