Excellent customer service I am a repeat customer of Bredemann Lexus in Glenview for one reason only and that is their customer service department. However I usually request Malinda or Christine. They are very knowledgeable , respectful and understanding. These two ladies always answer my questions regarding service requirements and if they don't, they seek out the answer. I insist on Vince R working on my car because he knows EXACTLY what needs to be fixed based on my issues with my RX350. When repairs are complete, he explains what he did and it descriptions I can understand.......NOT MECHANICAL TALK. More

The excellent service is a testament to the fact that my 17 year old car is still going strong, with over 186,000 miles. I love they way, my advisor, Christine Hackl, is proactive about keeping my car up to date with maintenance. I believe this attention to detail has greatly contributed to the fact that I will soon be handing the keys over to my grandson with confidence that the car still has much life and will be a reliable first car for him.
