I could not have asked for an easier / smoother process in buying my new Town and Country from Fields Auto. I was referred to the dealership by a friend, and my wife and I were not disappointed. Our sale in buying my new Town and Country from Fields Auto. I was referred to the dealership by a friend, and my wife and I were not disappointed. Our salesperson, Eli Luber, was very responsive to our original phone call, and listened to what our main priorities were in finding a new vehicle. Eli quickly performed a search of his inventory and came back with multiple options that met our needs. When we decided on the right one, Eli gave his best offer up front with no hassle or negotiations, which could not be matched by neighboring dealers. Overall, the sales process was great, and Eli was able to help my wife and I feel very confident with our purchase as we drove off the lot. More
After some excellent emails back and forth, I visited Fields in Northfield with the intent on purchasing a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland that evening. I was not disappointed. They had the exact car Fields in Northfield with the intent on purchasing a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland that evening. I was not disappointed. They had the exact car in stock that my local Jeep dealer had quoted as several thousand dollars higher. The team at Fields was able to meet my price requirements, both on the new Grand Cherokee and my trade in. We were able to quickly close a deal, and I drove home in my new Jeep about two hours after walking in the door at Fields. The entire experience was handled by Fields in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner. I would not hesitate to recommend Fields to my friends and neighbors when they are looking for a new car or truck. More
Sean exceeded my expectations in every way. Knowledge of his product could not have been better. I really did my homework and visited many dealerships prior to stopping at Fields. The experience at Fields his product could not have been better. I really did my homework and visited many dealerships prior to stopping at Fields. The experience at Fields was vastly different (better) and I was pleased to give them the sale of the Chrysler 300 Limited I purchased. I am usually a critical judge, but would easily recommend Sean and Fields to family and friends. More
My husband and I loved this dealership. We went to other Jeep dealerships and Fields blew them away. We were taken care of very well, from the time we walked in to when we left. The 2 people we dealt with S Jeep dealerships and Fields blew them away. We were taken care of very well, from the time we walked in to when we left. The 2 people we dealt with Sean Carus and Salvatore Garretto were great, the rest od the dealership could not have been better. Thanks again Fields More
Internet Request: Started with an internet search Internet Request: Started with an internet search through KBB for a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara. Fields was the only dealer that responded Internet Request: Started with an internet search through KBB for a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara. Fields was the only dealer that responded with an initial quote to the exact vehicle I was requesting. All others either only wanted to talk to me by phone or sent me offers on lesser vehicles that didn't match my ask. Given initial good feel for a fair price and a vehicle exactly matching what I was looking for, I started working with Fields Jeep in Northfield. From the first inquiry, Chris Palomar was responsive, professional and good to work with. He even helped me find other ways that I could get discounts. I was able to find a company funded rebate I was unaware of that saved me some money as well. Sales Contact: When I was transferred to Eli Luber on the sales team, I was contacted promptly and courteously. After getting comfortable with him and the process, we agreed to a meeting time and date. Eli proactively asked if I was wanting to utilize financing, gave the best financing offers and suggested we process the application in advance to quicken the possible close of the deal at the dealership. Dealership Experience: We showed up as set up and was greeted immediately by Eli Luber. The car was detailed, looking sharp and ready for a test drive. We loved it. Having already landed on a price, and with all paperwork processed in advance, our time in the dealership was very limited which made the wife extremely happy. Eli went out of his way to offer help understanding the hard and soft top to the Wrangler and even offered to assist if we came back at any time. Overall: I can't say I love buying a car...I can't say that I necessarily got got the rock bottom price..., but I can say that if all of my car buying experiences were like this, then I might buy them more often. I got a fair price, was treated respectably and felt very positive about the entire experience. Hats off to Chris and Eli for treating us in a respectful, timely manner. Would definitely come back to Fields Jeep. As I had previously purchased my Infiniti up the road from Fields Infiniti...it must run in the Ownership group. Now I have to run, get the soft top down and enjoy my Jeep! More
The team at Fields did an excellent job. They were extremely friendly and wanted to make sure everything was great with not only the vehicle purchase but also the experience at the dealership. They g extremely friendly and wanted to make sure everything was great with not only the vehicle purchase but also the experience at the dealership. They gave a very competitive price and there was no hassle. The financing options were terrific and it was the quickest process Ive had at a dealership. Eli Luber, my sales rep, was awesome, friendly, and genuine. I will be getting many more Jeeps from Eli and his team at Fields again. More
This is our third purchase from Fields with the help of Eli Luber. He knows his inventory and takes the time to learn his customer's needs, wants and desires. He is definitely not pushy and makes himself a Eli Luber. He knows his inventory and takes the time to learn his customer's needs, wants and desires. He is definitely not pushy and makes himself available for all questions and concerns. He doesn't try to sell you something you clearly don't want. I feel he is fair in price for new and trade-in. He makes sure that you understand the car before you leave and takes time to help you with all the new electronics. He also remembers you when your car is in for service! All of the employees we have dealt with have been professional as well as knowledgeable. We would return to Field's for future purchases, as well as for service. . More
We first bought a Jeep here 10 years ago and have been back twice for our two other cars. It's a bit of a drive for us but worth it for great service. I just took home a Grand Cherokee Limited this weeken back twice for our two other cars. It's a bit of a drive for us but worth it for great service. I just took home a Grand Cherokee Limited this weekend and the experience was great from start to finish. I worked with Eli who was knowledgeable and informative without being pushy. I feel he got me a fair price for both the car and my trade-in. He kept me informed on updates to the car I ordered, and at the day of purchase he took the time to help me program everything- including hooking my phone up to the car. The dealership is nice if you have to go for service- free coffee and ice cream and free car washes any time you want- even if you aren't there for service. Also great service from the finance manager for payment and explaining the extended service warranties which were fairly priced. More
I drove in the vehicle on Friday morning(March 30,2012) for a simple Oil Change and tire check for my Jeep Cherokee 2000. I mentioned that I had forgotten to bring in the coupon ( sent to us by this sa for a simple Oil Change and tire check for my Jeep Cherokee 2000. I mentioned that I had forgotten to bring in the coupon ( sent to us by this same dealership)The person who first approached the vehicle stated that she could not accept it unless I had it with me and would only give me the regular oil change price. I agreed. She then found out that I would be waiting for the work to be done so she passed me on to another girl( a very young inexperienced person) she also reminded me that the coupon had to be with me for them to honor it.( Jennings and other dealerships will always honor the customer word) I agreed to do the work regardless of the coupon. She also asked if I would want the car washed... ( who asks such a question when having the car repaired at a delaership for service? I found that question superflous ) After a while waiting the original woman who had taken down the info when I first drove the vehicle in, told me that the serpentine belt was cracked etc...and what woudl I want to do etc.. I was suprised at the cost of $220.00 for a simple belt. I needed to drive the vehicle that day so I agreed to have it repaired. An hour later she showed me the total of US$ 245.00 to pay and left. She never showed me the old belt to be replaced, so that I could approve the work which was to be done etc.. nor did She show me the "old belt"( which was to be replaced) prior to replacing it or after. I just had to take her word for it. The attitude of these two women was less than pleasant and certainly not "customer oriented". I purchased the vehicle here ( first mistake) and have subsequently returned for repairs and have always had a bad experience or arrogance in return. I shall never return. An hour later, an awful squeeking noise started in the front of the engine and I decided to take it over to the best dealer in Town( Jennings) our favorite where the service department staff is the most pleasant in the industry. They fixed the belt , something wrong with the bolts.. etc. Fields is a lousy delaer and concerned only about making a sale($$$) and not customer oriented at all. . Get rid of those unpleasant staff and ask them to keep their arrogance and attitude at home. You get an F from me( for failure to please a customer) More
We purchased a used car from Fields in 2012. I noticed water accumulated inside the headlight but was assured from Adam London that it was only because of power washing and nothing was wrong with headligh water accumulated inside the headlight but was assured from Adam London that it was only because of power washing and nothing was wrong with headlight. Also noticed the heated seats were not heated during our short test drive. Once again he assured us that it had been inspected and nothing was wrong with it. We purchased the vehicle and attempted to drive it home. Before we even made it home the 'CHECK ENGINE' light came on. It turned out to be a cracked hose that was easily identifiable by any certified mechanic. It also turns out that the headlight had a crack in its shell. Furthermore, the heated seat element was completely burned out. Again, these were easily identifiable to any mechanic. Adam London will tell you anything you want to hear to make a sale. Don't trust a word from him or this dealership. More
