I have been waiting for parts since November 2021 with zero contact from dealer, while I understand the supply chain challenges, updates and/or efforts at fulfillment would be much appreciated. I came in for a follow up on an open recall for oil consumption. The first time I was told to return around 1500 - 1700 miles, (Peter Pilafas), I just had an oil changed done mid October,. When I returned for the follow up and told John I had 2,000 miles, John said I was to return around 1,000 miles and that I might have to do a reset since I had 2,000 miles on the oil change. They checked it out and the oil level was still at the full mark. More

I purchased my jeep at this dealership. Before I came in I took it to a shop that I trust, and they let me know that I should take it to the dealership because if I was covered by warranty it would save me I took it to a shop that I trust, and they let me know that I should take it to the dealership because if I was covered by warranty it would save me money. I came in to fix my four-wheel-drive system. Brought the car in right before Christmas, called on January 3 because I hadn’t heard anything from them. I understand that it’s the holidays but when I called the first thing the service guy started talking to me about was new tires and a new battery. All it was about was new new new. I asked him what is going on with the four-wheel-drive system because that’s what I brought my car in for. He then proceeded to tell me that my car was done being worked on and that they fixed it under the warranty. Don’t get me wrong, I’m very happy it was covered under the warranty however the communication was very poor. I don’t understand why no one called me to even let me know what was going on with my car. Then it felt like I was pressured into buying parts for my car that it definitely does not need. I had gotten the battery replaced in this car two months after purchasing which is an issue enough… To add onto that my tires are perfectly fine and he tried selling new tires. I used to work in sales so I understand, but to gaslight me and make me feel like I’m unsafe driving my vehicle that is perfectly fine is not right (I know this because my dad along with a tire guy told my my tires were fine). Overall, I would not recommend this dealership. I will never purchase another car from this dealership. And I will avoid going in to get my car serviced there at all costs. More
