Poor service center Will not ever take my vehicle again. Each time, it's a Dodge-it stays in the shop, they act like they just don't have a clue how to fix it and give me Will not ever take my vehicle again. Each time, it's a Dodge-it stays in the shop, they act like they just don't have a clue how to fix it and give me the run around when they can figure it out. That is if they are being truthful. Three trips for brakes, I fixed myself. Spent two days with them on antifreeze leak and other leaks to get nothing done and a sob story that they don't know what the problem is. Fixed the problem myself for 18 dollars. We were going to pay the $600 for the antifreeze leak. when they started this, "We are not sure what the problem is," even after I point the problem out to them and took them all day for that, that was it. I can understand a backwoods mechanic not fully knowing about various vehicle fixes, but the dealership should know their vehicles and how to fix them. You drop the ball the Skyland Dodge. More

Sam not only helped be finalize the deal from the comfort of my home by phone calls and emails but he also recommend a delivery service that was cheaper than anyone I could find plus got the vehicle to me by the next day. Transmission Fluid Check Stopped by the service center 10-24-16 to have someone check my transmission fluid. The first technician I spoke with said they could check all my flu Stopped by the service center 10-24-16 to have someone check my transmission fluid. The first technician I spoke with said they could check all my fluids and when I asked about pricing he ask another technician to come over and he stated that they could not check my transmission fluid that I would need to make an appointment to get diagnostic testing that cost $89.99. The second technician was really rude and insisted that I make an appointment to get the diagnostic test done. I told him I already knew what was wrong and just needed my transmission fluid checked and he kept stating I needed an appointment. I left the dealership with no appointment and being made feeling like I was being taking advantage of because I am a women. I told my brother of the situation so he called and talked to the service manager, who did nothing. I bought my 2010 Dodge Nitro there, and definitely will not buy another vehicle from Skyland Automotive or refer anyone to them. I did call the Dodge dealership in Marion NC and they will check my transmission fluid for me with no diagnostic check. More
