I own a Bed & Breakfast that is about 60 miles from Asheville. I have only owned it for a year and a half. I had a 2012 Acura TL, but was in desperate need of a big truck. I had traveled the 60 miles to Skyland about two weeks earlier and, for the life of me, could not get an email returned from one of the other Sales Consultants, with which I had worked. I drove back to Skyland a couple weeks later and this time, I met Rob. It was important to me, though my business didn't have much "business credit", to have my company lease the vehicle. Rob made this happen. I felt bad, as I had gotten there in the afternoon and Rob assured his daughter that he would be home in time for the prior plans they had made. I don't think he made it, but I will make that up to him. Dwayne Streetman and Jan Perkins also stayed late to make sure this deal happen. Used Car Purchase I spent several months looking for the right used vehicle and found what I was looking for at Skyland Automotive. I worked with Skeeter Coin and she was exceptional. We began emailing each other about the truck around 3 p.m. and I drove the truck off the lot at 7 - that includes the hour drive to the dealership. recall I got a recall in the mail to have my airbag replaced. I told Neal that my car was overheating so while they was working on my car they checked I got a recall in the mail to have my airbag replaced. I told Neal that my car was overheating so while they was working on my car they checked to see what the problem was it turned out that the antifreeze was old and whoever had the car before me didn't maintain it and there was a build up of sludge. To make a long story short my issue was fixed. I was very happy with the service i received and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I will be returning again to have my car serviced again More

An unexpected success!! I came in to see what my options were, not very hopeful that I would be in a position to accomplish my goals but Heath and Charlie proved me wrong!
