working out of town and my jeep that I had just replaced the motor in the transmission line was leaking. I went to the dealership because I have a warranty. they would not even look at it, they told me it w the motor in the transmission line was leaking. I took it to a local transmission shop, it was just a loose line 15 minutes later I was fixed and on my way. Fields could have been the hero but ended up just being jerks. way to help out someone out of town. just sent me on my way to burn up my transmission, for a quick fix. More

Drove almost 4 hours to buy a Jeep that I was told was available. The salesperson I was talking with never mentioned someone was already working a deal on it. I have one of the largest Jeep dealerships 5 available. The salesperson I was talking with never mentioned someone was already working a deal on it. I have one of the largest Jeep dealerships 5 minutes from me but I wanted this particular one so I drove to Asheville to buy it. Ten minutes before I arrive I receive a text saying someone was buying it and had been working a deal two days ago. Absolutely ridiculous not to tell me prior to almost getting there. This would have been my 3rd Jeep so I know this is one Jeep dealership I will never give a 2nd chance. More
ERO customer service. GO elsewhere! I have left four messages at this dealership in the last two months. 3 with the service dept. and one with the GM. ZERO return calls... GO elsewhere! I have an issue with my jeep wrangler which I believe I may have diagnosed as the problem and I was told there is a related recall. All that I have been trying to do is get a reasonable estimate of how much I should expect to spend on the repair, assuming I am correct. Before I got on here to leave this well deserved review of this company, I read other reviews and found a very consistent pattern of problems with the service dept. The most important lesson I learned from this ridiculously lacking customer service, is that my new Jeep will not be purchased here. More
