This is my second BMW and Fields has given me nothing but top drawer sales and service.I can't think of anything they have not done to make my visits enjoyabe and quick. Fields of Daytona is a truly superb dealership. My vehicle is a 2003 Z-4. It is the first BMW I have ever owned. I have moved twice since I purchased my vehcile. I have had it serviced at three different BMW dealers. For goodness sakes they even serve breakfast. Their employees are knowledgeable, very polite and they certainly take time to answer all your questions. More
My car broke down on I95 on the Saturday afternoon of a holiday weekend. When I got my car to the shop, it was 10 minutes before closing time. The service team kept the department open late and looked at holiday weekend. When I got my car to the shop, it was 10 minutes before closing time. The service team kept the department open late and looked at my car only to find out that it was a serious repair that wasn't going to be able to be fixed right then. Without missing a beat, they provided me a loaner car on the spot and sent me on my way to get back to my mini-vacation. I can't say enough good things about both Chris and Jason at Field's BMW Daytona! More
After being quoted a price for repairs to our 328 convertible & a two day service time we have had the price raised three times in the two *weeks* they have had the car. While the price is important, more important is the inconvenience & fact that they weren't honest about the repairs. Had they trusted us with the truth & the facts we would have been responsible for added expense & delay. At this point we are $1200 over the original quote, two weeks into a two day repair, terribly inconvenienced, & the car isn't fixed. With the car out of warranty we use BMW for the reliability. Without that reliability they will loose us as customers since we can get the same services performed at independent shops for considerably less cost. More
