The entire service department appears to be a well oiled machine: loaner paperwork was already waiting upon arrival when I dropped off my X3, they reviewed work to be preformed and kept me informed of status during the work, and I was delighted that paperwork was waiting for me when I arrived to pick up vehicle for streamlined pick up. Love the job they do with a complimentary car detailing, and appreciated a follow up call from Earl in the shop. The team Rocks! More

I took my X3 in for service. All of the staff/employees.were efficient and courteous (very). The atmosphere was clean and relaxing. Speaking of waiting, I did not really want to go to a dealership and wait around while the car was being serviced; however, the experience turned out to be an enjoyable outing. The free machine coffee was actually good and the most important of all, the restroom was A+ clean. I don’t do reviews so this is very rare and is really how I feel about this service department.
