Great Experience I went to Fields several months ago for a part, and they were super friendly and took great care of my needs. So when it was time to get a new vehicl I went to Fields several months ago for a part, and they were super friendly and took great care of my needs. So when it was time to get a new vehicle, I went back to Fields to see what they could do. I met with Client Advisor Mike Brown, and he has taken great care of me to-date! From initial contact, to email updates, to getting an allocation for a '15 M3, the experience has been top-notch. There are few deals to be had since this car is so new, but he worked with me and found some discounts I was eligible for and has made the process great! Thanks for the personal care and I am looking forward to getting the car in about six weeks at the Performance Center, which he also set up! More

We live in St. Augustine, Fl. After deciding on a new 2014 BMW, they told him that the $329 a month was a beginning amount. The BMW he was thinking of leasing would, of course, be much more! My husband asked this salesperson to show him where the fine print was that had "starting from" in the advertisement. The man could not produce such stipulations. This is FALSE ADVERTISING! We will not shop from this dealership again! SHAME! More

Lee, although not new to car sales (over 20 yrs experience) was fairly new the the BMW dealership did an awesome job answering all of my questions, making me feel comfortable etc. I am forever grateful/appreciative of the service I received and would surely recommend him to EVERYONE who needs to know! His many years with Fields BMW, his knowledge and personality has always made my BMW buying experience enjoyable. Additionally, I stay with BMW because I like the Fields BMW dealership, especially when it comes to the Service and Parts departments. Everyone is attentive, professional and friendly. A special shout-out goes to Anthony Girgus in the Service Department. He always does a good job getting me taken care of. I highly recommend this dealership and Matt Hoffman if you're thinking about getting a BMW. More

Joe Dixon was the Finance Manager that worked with me and my wife. He exceeded expectations by delivering the vehicle to us close to our home at the Fields BMW dealership in Winter Park, FL. There was a mix up, and it certainly had nothing to do with Arnie as he just met us when we walked in, but he understood the frustrations we had and did everything he could to rectify the situation.
