My client advisor, Lee Grasso, took the time to get to know exactly what I was looking for. He was never pushy and very patient. After test driving a few vehicles on their lot, I did not love any of them. Lee took the time to search online inventory at other Fields locations to find me exactly what I wanted (and he did!). The car arrived the next day and I was thrilled to go check it out. He did not disappoint! It was everything I had expected and more. My car was not ready to take home when I went to see it and due to my busy schedule, I could not wait. Lee did not hesitate to give me a very nice loaner for the weekend. When I finally got to pick up my car, it was perfect! They helped me set up my Bluetooth and showed me which buttons controlled which functions. Fields customer service as a whole has gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with my purchase. I was nervous about financing and William Ortiz was able to put me at ease. From staying within my budget to working my warranty into my monthly payments, William explained everything. I definitely felt overwhelmed but after working with him I was very pleased. I would recommend Fields to anyone in the market for a luxury vehicle. Lee Grasso will treat you with respect and really get to know what you're looking for. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the service and price I received. I never once felt pressured, yet Lee was knowledgeable and concerned with my needs rather than just selling a car.
