Instead of trying to fit what we wanted in a car to what the dealership had on hand to sell, like other dealerships had tried to do, Lee was able to answer all our questions and provided all the data we needed to configure the car we wanted. In less than a month BMW took the order, built, and delivered our beautiful new 2016 X3. We cannot forget our favorite BMW Genius, Brandon Smith, who cheerfully spent as much time as needed to make us familiar with our new technological marvel on wheels. More

I have had 25 years of supermarket management experience and for the last 10 have had my own internet Retail business so I have a good grasp of customer service, good and bad. I explained to Matt that what I experienced through him was not good customer service, it was LEGENDARY Customer service! That's the type of service that doesn't just satisfy the customer , it makes the customer repeat the experience over and over again with everyone they know for a very long time. That's what I will be doing. Not only did Matt bring the car to Orlando to make it easier for me , he had all the paperwork done and ready, and the car all ready to go.
