Best Sales, Genius, Technical & Finance Personnel at Fields My wife and I met Lee Grasso, KC Ozut, Brendan Smith, and William Ortis this morning at Fields. Lee and the other team members were outstanding. We My wife and I met Lee Grasso, KC Ozut, Brendan Smith, and William Ortis this morning at Fields. Lee and the other team members were outstanding. We looked at 3 vehicles and test drove them. Brendan and KC were very professional and very knowledgeable of each vehicle. We were at the dealer for several hours talking with the entire team and trying to decide on which vehicle was best for my wife and I. Lee and the other members were very helpful and the entire experience was a breath of fresh air compared to dealers that we had previously talked to in South Florida. We sincerly appreciate how Lee and the entire team treated us. We did make a selection and left Fields at 6:30 PM with our beautiful BMW. This is our first BMW and we learned so much from Lee and each member of Fields Management Team today. We bought a new vehicle today but more importantly we feel that we made 4 new friends in the community which means so much to us.
