Since I've been burned online before, I was scared and leery at the beginning, however, Gabriel was/is THE most non-pushy, very pleasant, caring salesman, educated BMW salesperson to deal with. He was involved with the transaction from start to end. Even on his scheduled off days, he would still stay in contact with me. He gave me great care, professional assistance and wonderful customer experience. Financing Fiasco I bought a brand new 2016 3 series on June 18th 2016... July 20th (2nd car purchased from fields) and I find out the dealership still has not secured I bought a brand new 2016 3 series on June 18th 2016... July 20th (2nd car purchased from fields) and I find out the dealership still has not secured financing after and decided to run my credit again a month without even asking me ?!? The one call back I did get where I told them if I didn't get some answers I was going to drop it off and forget the entire thing they told me It would be considered a voluntary repo and they would try and contact the finance company again and call me back... Here it is Aug and I still have the car no financing I cannot get anyone to call me back or answer my emails. POOR COMMUNICATION, The have forever lost me as a customer and I would never recommend them to anyone. More
