Matt found exactly the car the I wanted (model, color, extras etc.) shipped it in and when I came in to pick it up, it was the most exciting experience. The customer service is top of the line, very relaxed atmosphere. Matt went above and beyond to make sure that I love my new BMW. It's hard not to love a car like that, but the great experience at Fields Dealership made it all so much better. Excellent Service By Tony I recently purchased a BMW not at this dealership, however Tony in Service was great and took care of all my concerns.
