Great service and the sale was easy, stressless and simple Michael pollard was exceptional to work with. My initial visit with Fields in Daytona encountered another sales agent and the process didn’t go well. I sent an email with my concerns to management and they promptly responded. They continued to search for the vehicle I wanted and placed me with Michael. He made the process so easy, simple, and he didn’t waste my time. He emailed me to inquire if I had found a vehicle and when I wrote back with what I was looking for. Almost immediately he wrote me to state he had just received a trade in and sent the link. I called to ask if I could drive down that day and one hour later he was showing me the vehicle. We arrived at a final price within two hours of my arrival and the next day i went down to pick up the vehicle. He was upfront about the pricing and asked what I wanted to pay to arrive at a deal. He presented the offer and came back within 10 minutes and the offer was accepted. I appreciate how Michael didn’t waste my time where other dealerships had. Fields sells cars the way all dealers should. It was easy, simple and hassle free. More
