I started off the purchase experience with telling them I did not want to play the no more games to car dealerships play. They assured me they would not. And then they continued to play every game imaginable I know they are in a profit making business, but they would not budge to a reasonable price in my opinion. The reason was they told me they specifically bought that car for a “good“ customer. If that person such a good customer, why are they selling me the car? So either they lied to me, or they were willing to sell the car that the “good customer “wanted. I would hate to be that good customer that they sold the car to someone else. Either way, they are on trustworthy More

Recently, I took my vehicle to Daytona BMW Dealership for service with regards to some transmission issue, I was lucky enough to work with one of the nicest service advisors I met around the BMW dealership, Jason. When I took my car in, they did a thorough check with my transmission and found out the transmission fluid was low. I then told Jason to go ahead fill it up. Before I dropped my car in with Jason, I SPECIFICALLY told Jason, DO NOT WASH THE CAR, I just spent around 1k to put ceramic coding (clear code) on my entire car, including my wheels. Jason then told me, don't worry, I will put a big note on it so they won't wash it. I made sure I told him several times before I left the dealership. After a couple hours, I went to pick up my car, paid around 350 for getting checked up and refill transmission fluid. When I came out to the car, I could CLEARLY see the car went through a car wash. I was pretty upset, because I just got it clear coded the weekend prior. I went in and told Jason to come out and take a look, he then confirmed and apologised that they took in for a car wash. I stayed there for around thirty minutes trying to figure out what is the solution, whether reimburse the money that I will need to spend to get it redone, or they could take it to someone they trust to do the clear code on my vehicle. Jason then told me, tell your guy (the place that did my ceramic coding) to take a look and we will see what we can do. The next day, I drove down to Orlando for my guy to check it out. They told me the clear code was definitely damaged, and will not last as long as what the factory stated. My guy told me it is more likely needed to be redone. I then called Jason and let him know with an invoice. Jason called me that the service manager ARE NOT WILLING to pay for it. This process goes back and forth for around two weeks. To a point I need to just go to the dealership and speak with them. I went there yesterday to talk to the service manager. First off, his attitude is AWEFUL, it sounds like I did something wrong, which they accidentally wash my car with a clear code on, and are not willing to take responsibility. He told me I did not show him the receipt that I’ve done clear code on my car. He then also told me he did research that after three hour of applying the clear code, you are able to wash it. Well, everyone knows there are specific ways to take care cars with clear code, and car wash machine is a definitely NO NO! I told him I’d contact the manufacture myself, but he said no, he only wanted to do research together. (I honestly don’t know why). He then also tell me the invoice I sent him were bulky and unclear. I then tell him, if there are someone else you trust more to do this, go ahead, I will let them to apply the clear code on my car. Service manager only replied, I won’t pay for it! Again, to me, THIS DEALERSHIP DOESN’T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR WHAT THEY DID, even though I’ve done service multiple times with them! More

When I finally picked up my car I noticed a loud noise coming from the right AC vent as I was driving home. I was informed by the mechanic that a rodent ate through the filter. When I informed Patti (my service rep) that I never had that issue prior to bringing my car in for service, she had the audacity to say “perhaps it occurred at my home or work place”. I park my car in a garage at both places, I absolutely do not have a rodent problem at home and the only species I’ve noticed in the garage at work are birds. Patty claimed there is NO rodent problem within the lot or WOODED area outside the dealership. She also stated that perhaps I did not notice the sound before! I’ve been a register nurse for 22 years, noticing abnormal sounds is part of my specialty. I don’t like when anyone insults my intelligence, I will not be returning to that location. More
