Buying made less stressful a day ago- Well, This is one of two dealers that actually made the car buying a great experience. A great preowned Cadillac at a fair price. Treated very wonderfully at the dealership even though not buying a BMW. Michael Ugarte was really great to deal with, no dealership double talk, responsive, no pressure. Finance was easy and open about all items. The morning after my email inquiry,I received a video of the car outlining all the features from Michael. It was impressive to get such a response. COVID safety precautions were impressive also. Car buying made less stressful. More
