Purchased the vehicle last week supposedly CPO took receipt of a vehicle that permeated of a raw fuel odor. Brought the car back, since then I've been lied too on two separate occasions, and they have receipt of a vehicle that permeated of a raw fuel odor. Brought the car back, since then I've been lied too on two separate occasions, and they have been working on the vehicle longer than I have had it in my possession. If this is what passes as a certified pre owned and inspected vehicle than I have very little faith in the service department of this specific dealership. So far I'm disgusted and will certainly be filing a complaint with bmwna. More
Initially I went to the dealership to look at a few used vehicles to see if I liked any of them. My family and I were greeted by George Hoskin, I found him to be friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful w vehicles to see if I liked any of them. My family and I were greeted by George Hoskin, I found him to be friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to BMW's. He took the time to speak to my son who just purchased an older BMW and answered any questions we had. I didn't purchase anything that day but did continue to keep an eye on the vehicles at the dealership. A few months later I found a car I like and got in touch with George. My husband and I went down to the dealership to look at it that day, George had it put aside for us to make sure it wasn't taken before we got there. He had the used BMW checked thoroughly before we drove it to make sure it was in good condition. My husband and I ended up purchasing it that day. Let me just say, I have purchased many vehicles and have never returned to the same dealership because I was not happy with how I was treated. The only reason I decided to buy a vehicle from Fields was because of how well George treated us, which says a lot. After my husband and I signed the papers he had to leave and it had gotten pretty dark. After the "Genius" went thru the vehicle with me, the Genius and all other employees left. I was still in the parking lot looking at a few things in the car and noticed that George was the only one left waiting for me to leave. I was so impressed that he waited for me and made sure I was ok when everyone else was gone. To say the least, this man is awesome and I look forward to returning to Fields BMW Daytona to purchase another car in my future, but, only if George Hoskin is still working there. More

She was well prepared with all the paperwork and had us 'in and out' within a very reasonable time. This is our fourth BMW, but the first experience with Fields; our other purchases were in Maryland. Those far we've had a very positive experience with the sales team, finance team and service team. More
Time to revisit Sales 101 I called and spoke to Joe the sales manager and right away I could tell I was bothering him. He was very brash and rude. (sales 101) I wanted several of my questions answered about their warranty policy and I was immediately asked to visit the dealership (their way of getting me in and holding me hostage.) When he couldn't address my questions or concerns he boldly hung up on me. Yes customer service at its best!! NOT I don't even know why I'm writing this because I am 100% sure it will be deleted to "save" their rating. Steve will be my next contact and then of course the corporate office as well. More
