Scheduled maintenance. We arrived at the appointed time, were greeted expectedly and introduced to Paul who greeted us and kept us informed throughout our visit. I purchased a 2013 BMW 328I from Matt Hoffman. Before I even made my first payment there was an oil leak discovered as well as bad rear breaks. Indicator lights started coming on a just weeks after having even made my first payment there was an oil leak discovered as well as bad rear breaks. Indicator lights started coming on a just weeks after having it. They sold a lemon and I have to pay for it! It is so dishonest to know about issues with a care, sell it and never tell the buyer. I wouldn't even do that to people I have NO respect for. How lame. More

The process was very easy to schedule an appointment and my customer care person (Keith) was excellent to work with. I received a video update regarding our care made by the mechanic that serviced it. At my customer care person (Keith) was excellent to work with.
