Time to revisit Sales 101 I called and spoke to Joe the sales manager and right away I could tell I was bothering him. He was very brash and rude. I gave him my name, which he I called and spoke to Joe the sales manager and right away I could tell I was bothering him. He was very brash and rude. I gave him my name, which he never addressed me by. (sales 101) I wanted several of my questions answered about their warranty policy and I was immediately asked to visit the dealership (their way of getting me in and holding me hostage.) When he couldn't address my questions or concerns he boldly hung up on me. Yes customer service at its best!! NOT I don't even know why I'm writing this because I am 100% sure it will be deleted to "save" their rating. Steve will be my next contact and then of course the corporate office as well. More
