Dave kept me very informed throughout the service process. It was very expensive but he tried to find me discounts. I just went in to have a recall taken care of. The staff was friendly and attentive. They washed the car, plus gave me a full video of the (free) inspection they did of the entire car. My *only* complaint (which is a tiny one) is that the coffee bar they have closes at 2pm (they take appointments for hours after that). Since there are the same number of appointments after 2 as before, I'm not sure what the logic is there. Otherwise, everything was pretty fantastic. More
Top quality service at BMW Fields in Daytona. They checked a sensor for me, it appeared defective. They ordered it for me and within the week had a new one installed at no charge.
