Everyone at this dealership has been amazing since the day i bought my car, from my salesman to the finance woman to the service department!! I just got a nail in my tire on my way back to work from lunc day i bought my car, from my salesman to the finance woman to the service department!! I just got a nail in my tire on my way back to work from lunch and not only did they have my tire in stock but they came and got my car and had it back to me by the end of the day. I feel fortunate that I stumbled on Matt Hoffman by accident. First, I confess I am not a fan of auto salespeople, but I found him to be someone else. Instead of fast talking pressure, he was patient, extremely knowledgeable, always coming up with a better alternative, and a man eager to serve. Through him, I found a new pleasure in purchasing a great car and feeling extremely comfortable with the final deal. In addition, I discovered what a dealership of real service could be: free oil changes and maintenance, senior discounts, full café with ice cream parlor, internet work stations, continual training opportunities, but most importantly, so many happy people that smile with pride in their work. There’s a certain confidence knowing that, for any reason, Matt and Field’s have made themselves available beyond the car signing for however long I have the car.
