Best buying experience in years. Gabriel took time to explain the process. I like the no pressure approach. He did exactly what he said he would do. I was looking on the internet and saw a vehicle pop up with all the features I wanted, so I contacted the Dealer, Fields BMW of Daytona. That’s when I was introduced to Chris Rose. Well, he set the bar ac with all the features I wanted, so I contacted the Dealer, Fields BMW of Daytona. That’s when I was introduced to Chris Rose. Well, he set the bar across the board for the perfect customer experience. From the moment I reached out on the internet, Chris was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. I wanted to buy a specific car and he wanted to sell me exactly what I wanted, nothing more. There wasn’t any typical “car salesman tactics” about him. I’ve been shopping for a vehicle for about 3 weeks and have just about given up. I went to 2 previous Dealers. I am not even going to get into the tactics they used. It was your typical car sales tactics. Chris Rose of Fields BMW shopping/buying could not have been more seamless and made the process very pleasant. I was in Daytona Beach on business and an error message came up telling me to add oil. Fields was the closet so I called and I got Brandon. He told me to just bring the car in and he would take care of it came up telling me to add oil. Fields was the closet so I called and I got Brandon. If this is how they take care of out-of-towners, the locals have it made with this dealership. 5 Stars+ for Brandon More
