Having never been to this dealership before, I was quite pleased with the presentation. A very nice, light and open space. The staff were there immediately to welcome me. Just had the 10K mileage service performed. How easy. Service advisor (David) greeted us, took the car while we had an omelette. Then provided a shuttle for us to the Tanger Mall. Going to a reputable dealership and paying retail prices, I would've expected more. I would say to you, take your time and look over every detail of the car. I saw my car in the sunlight after having purchased it, and the paint job was in a horrible state, for being a 2019. I went to a name-brand dealership expecting a whole lot more. Buyer beware! There was no courtesy to consider fixing it, nor trying to make the customer happy for return business. Roger is a nice guy, but was indifferent to my needs. They seem to be very nice when you are purchasing, but indifferent once the deal is made. I bought 4 cars in the last 12-13 months, but I cannot recommend this dealership. More
