Buying a car might be fantastic, fixing a car here is a nightmare. I had our parts replaced there, the next day I notice my front bumper cover's sticking out. On 07/27/2022, David told me the special order parts had arrived. when I arrived and was being told that I needed to leave our vehicle overnight, then I decided to reschedule. I made an appointment with a loaner car. I was asked to gas in when we return the loaner vehicle. I refused this request, our bumper cover was fine until I replaced the blade there, I’m not willing to pay for someone else’s mistake. with in 2 days, my bumper cover was sticking out again, there was white glue mark on the right side. David apologized for the inconvenience and said he’ll make an appointment to get my car fixed. When I showed up on our appointment. I was being told that I need to leave our car overnight or reschedule. I wish someone can tell me ahead while I was making an appointment. Not wait till I arrived then they found out that I need to reschedule. Other than that, no one ever mention loaner vehicle service, the only option I’ve been offered was reschedule ever since. I decided to talk to the manager, Christopher DeCarlo. The first thing he said was he didn’t know what our issue was, while he’s holding all our service records. If he took a look at my service records he’ll know how many times I came to this dealership in a month. Also, he didn’t offer any useful option besides kept saying “you are welcome to wait”. I’ve been patient enough to wait for my vehicle to be fixed. When I came to the manager, I would expect something that can solve my issue. I asked him if this would be our last time came here for the same issue, he said not sure. How many times do I need to come to this dealer for a bumper cover to be replaced? He then started to turn the situation back around on me like I’m the problem. Not even an apologize for all the inconvenience it has been caused to me. More

Moving to Florida, I researched many BMW cars online at various experience we've ever had-with sales consultant Matt Hoffmann at Fields BMW Daytona. Moving to Florida, I researched many BMW cars online at various websites between Jax and Orlando, read many reviews about dealerships and sales people. I decided on Fields & requested Matt Hoffmann, both based on reviews and he was super! I knew what model we wanted, pre-owned, just not which car, based on features and engine. He quickly got us into the cars I had found online & requested for test drives. He was knowledgeable, quiet, patient and not pushy, I could actually focus on the car while driving. I think he has great instincts about what people really want. He must have seen I wasn't really excited about my selections, and politely asked if I had colors I preferred, and showed us another car which we test drove and purchased! I told him he was psychic and he knew what I wanted before I did! I learned by asking that Matt has many years of experience & awards and it showed. We traded in an old BMW without any conflict. The paperwork for both vehicles was handled professionally and correctly, ( which is not always the case as we've previously experienced). Matt walked us over to meet finance manager Anthony- who is respectful, friendly and explained everything. Turns out Anthony used to work in the service part of this dealership and has insights on what can go wrong with cars, as we requested to purchase an extended warranty. But no pressure or nastiness as we've encountered previously elsewhere. We also met sales manager Sam Allegra who helped with the process and was very welcoming. So we left feeling good, like a valued customer even though we weren't buying a newer pricier car, and I was actually surprised how different and low-key this whole encounter was from start to finish than our previous BMW car buying experiences elsewhere. This dealership is clean, calm and welcoming. 1000% recommend. More

My new BMW was delivered to the dealer with a software glitch. Fields fixed it promptly and at no charge, free loaner, and a beautiful lounge area with cooked to order omelets, heavenly!
