We live in Jacksonville and first met by phone where he agreed to hold the car while we drove to Daytona to meet him for a test drive where he and the car was ready and waiting for us upon arrival. He showed us their mechanics notes when they inspected the car and changed the oil but I felt more comfortable if my mechanic in Jacksonville could also inspect it so for just a $500. Fully Refundable Deposit he held the car a couple of days, and brought the car to us at the St Augustine Fields dealership where we would be visiting my brother’s for dinner so we could drive it back to Jacksonville for a day while my mechanic looked it over. It went great and we drove it back to Daytona where he was waiting for us to close the deal and even prepared some extended warranty quotes for us to consider. He had his rim guy remove the one scratch we found on the chrome wheels, offered to fill the car with gas for the return trip home and told us the Fields windshield sticker would entitle us to courtesy car washes at any Fields dealership including the 3 that are near our home in Jacksonville. Matt Hoffman and the Fields BMW dealership in Daytona gave us First Class treatment all the way just like the Fields Jaguar dealership did in Jacksonville when we got home and got the first courtesy car washed to get the highway love bugs,etc off the grill with lots of hand attention on bugs, wheels, road grime, mats, armoralled tire dressing, hand drying, etc.WoW! Something tells me it’s the Fields family culture everywhere and worth your wild to check out any Fields dealership near you, and it’s even worth the drive to see Matt Hoffman at Fields BMW of Daytona if need be. More
