BAD SERVICE PERIOD I STATE FOR THE RECORD TODAY IS JANUARY 22, 2016. ON JANUARY 21, 2016 I MS. MELODY TOOK MY CAR IN TO HAVE AN ALIGNMENT DONE. I PURCHASE NEW TIRES FROM I STATE FOR THE RECORD TODAY IS JANUARY 22, 2016. ON JANUARY 21, 2016 I MS. MELODY TOOK MY CAR IN TO HAVE AN ALIGNMENT DONE. I PURCHASE NEW TIRES FROM ANOTHER COMPANY, BUT I RETURNED TO FIELDS TO HAVE THE ALIGNMENT SERVICE DONE. I HAVE TWO COMPLAINTS 1#,THE CUSTOMER SERVICE'S IS NOT GREAT AT ALL. AFTER DROPPING MY CAR OFF FIELDS SCHEDULE FOR ME TO BE DROPPED OFF BACK AT WORK AND THEY WOULD PICK ME BACK UP,BY THE SHUTTLE BUS.WELL THE BUS FORGOT TO PICK ME BACK UP I HAD TO CALL BACK MY SERVICE ADVISOR TO SEE WHERE AND WHY WASN'T I PICKED UP! NO EXPLANNATION THE BUS DIDN'T ARRIVE UNTIL AFTER 4PM.I HAD TO TAKE TIME OFF TWICE TO HAVE MY CAR REPAIRED. I WENT TO FIELDS TO HAVE THE ALINGMENT DONE DUE TO MR.RICHARD DUPUIS WHOM IS THE SERVICE MANAGER STATED THAT BMW IS THE ONLY ONE'S WHO CAN ALIGN BMW TIRES. SO I HAD THE SERVICE DONE AND WHEN THE CAR GET UP TO THE SPEED 40-60 IT SHAKES! SO I CALLED AND SCHEDULE AN ANOTHER APPOINTMENT FOR TODAY JANUARY 22,2016.I ARRIVED AT 11AM ON TIME FOR MY APPOINTMENT, I SIT IN THE LABOR A HOUR AND 15MINS AND NOTHING WAS DONE MY SERVICE ADVISOR INFORMED ME THAT THEY WILL HAVE THE CAR LOOKED AT. BEFORE HE COULD GET THE CAR TAKING BACK FOR THE SERVICE, THE TECH TOLD HIM THAT THE PROBLEM I'M HAVING IS NOT FROM THE WORK THEY DID!NO ONE LOOK AT THE CAR AT ALL TODAY MY SERVICE WAS REFUSE. I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH MR. DUPUIS.MR DUPUIS CAME OUT AND TOLD ME THAT, I MAY HAVE A FRONT END SUSPENSION PROBLEM, I THEN AS MR.DUPUIS HOW DO HE NO THIS IF THEY HAVEN'T LOOKED AT THE CAR!I THEN STATED THAT MY CAR WASN'T SHAKING BEFORE I CAME HERE,IT WAS FINE I ONLY HAD THE ALINGMENT. BECAUSE YOU NEED THIS AFTER GETTING NEW TIRES, SO THAT THE CAR WILL BE ALIGN RIGHT.MR.DUPUIS THEN SAID IT'S NOT OUR PROBLEM GO BACK TO THE PLACE WHERE I PURCHASE THE TIRES FROM. HAVE THEM FIX THE PROBLEM. I TOLD MR. DUPUIS THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE CAME TO BMW AND I HAVE BEEN TREATED LIKE I'M NOT GO ENOUGH TO HAVE MY CAR SERVICE HERE.NOT SURE IF IT'S BECAUSE I'M A YOUNG BLACK FEMALE OR THEY JUST DONT WANT MY BUSINESS. I ALSO STATED I'M NOT SATISFIED WITH THE WAY I HAVE BEEN TREATED DUE TO THE LACK OF SERVICE RECEIVED FROM FIELDS WITH MY REPAIRES.MR.DUPUIS TOLD ME THAT I'M RIGHT AND HE THINK I SHOULDN'T COME BACK AND HE WOULD GIVE ME MY MONEY, AND HE WILL NOTE THEIR SYSTEM THAT I CAN'T NOT COME BACK TO HAVE ANY SERVICE'S DONE EVER HERE AT FIELDS IN WINTER PARK FL. I TOLD THE YOUNG LADY AT THE CASH COUNTER WHAT HAD HAPPEN SHE THEN TOLD ME THAT MR. RICHARD DUPUIS DIDN'T HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO TELL ME THIS AND SHE TOLD ME TO TALK WITH THE GENERAL MANAGER MIKE TORRE.I TOLD MR.TORRE ABOUT EVERYTHING HE ALSO WAS IN AGREEANCE WITH MR.DUPUIS. MY ADVISOR TOLD ME IT COULD HAVE BEEN SOME AS SMIPLE AS A WEIGHT FALLEN OFF DURING THE ALINGMENT SOMETIMES THAT HAPPEN BUT, THE MANAGERS CLEARLY DIDN'T WANT TO SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED IN SUCH AS MANNER AND DISRESPECTED, I TRULY FEEL THAT THIS IS A DISCRIMINATION TOWARD ME BECAUSE I'M A WOMAN OF COLOR.I DIDN'T GET LOUD NOR DISRESPECTFUL, NOR AGGRESSIVE WITH EITHER GENTLEMAN. THE POLICE WASN'T CALLED, NO SECURITY WAS CALLED, I WASN'T ASK TO LEAVE DUE TO ANY BEHAVIOR THAT I DISPLAYED SO I'M HAVING A HARD TIME UNDERSTANDING WHY WAS I TREATED THIS WAY AND TOLD NOT TO NEVER COME BACK TO FIELDS FOR ANYTHING. THIS IS A BAD REPUTATION ON FIELDS BEHALF. AND TO THINK I PURCHASE MY BMW BECAUSE IT REPRESENTS CLASS AND SPEED!! BUT CLEARLY THE PEOPLE WORKING AT THE WINTER PARK,FL LOCATION THINK DIFFERENT. I WOULD NOT REFER ANY ONE TO GO THERE FOR NO SERVICE AT ALL. MY SERVICE CAME TO $259.95 FOR THE ACTIVE STEERING ALINGMENT xxGT SERIES. MY IVOICE # IS 528818 More

Another top drawer experience! Fields knows how to treat their customers for sure! I was promptly met by my service advisor Richard Gafney for my scheduled appointment and was advi Fields knows how to treat their customers for sure! I was promptly met by my service advisor Richard Gafney for my scheduled appointment and was advised that he would handle it from there. In less than the expected time he was back to tell my that the work was finished and my car had also been washed. Now that is great service! Bravo! More

My service advisor David Souza was the best .David and the mechanic stayed past closing time to make sure It was very easy to make an appointment . David was fantastic and so was the work that was done. Also the very next day I was missing two bolts from a previous mechanics job (not Fields) David had them replaced for me while I waited at no charge w/o an appt.
