Thank you for the feedback. We understand there was an issue pairing the iPhone to the vehicle. The bluetooth audio streaming issue on the iPhone 7 is corrected with Apple software iOS 10.0.x. At your most convenient time, we recommend these steps: 1. Update the software on your iPhone, 2. delete the phone and the vehicle from paired devices and 3. pair phone back to vehicle.
