Purchasing a car from Fiat of Omaha was a rewarding experience. Their customer service sale model is enjoyable and not the typical high pressure, try to sway you to purchase every maintenance plan on experience. We received a fair market value for our trade in without having to negotiate for two hours and was satisfied with the new car cost. This new Fiat is a blast to drive. I live in South Dakota and so was a long way from any Fiat dealers. I could have gone to ones in Minnesota or in Omaha. We had to do much of the deal on the phone and by email, and the people at Fiat of Omaha were very helpful in answering my questions and returning my calls and emails. Charles Saxton was extremely helpful in getting me the car I wanted, and in giving me a fair value for my trade in. It was worth the 200 mile drive. The new 2012 Fiat 500 Pop I purchased is a great car. I got the auto, and just the basic version, but it far surpasses any comparable cars. It has good headroom, and legroom (I am 6 3), and it is fun to drive. The gas mileage is as good or better than the rated mpg. Plenty of power and rides good for a small car. It feels bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside. Thank you Fiat of Omaha, and especially Charles Saxton for earning my business. More

We went to several dealers on Saturday January 28, 2010. Just comparing like models in our price point and test driving. We test drove a Honda Fit, it was good and then went to Toyota and drove the Sporty Just comparing like models in our price point and test driving. We test drove a Honda Fit, it was good and then went to Toyota and drove the Sporty Yaris. We had to wait for assistance and the appraiser finally got us a car to test drive. It was ok. We then went to Mazda and drove a Mazda 2, lets just say after the Toyota and Honda it was K-Mart material. No dice. I had told my husband I would choose the Yaris. He said lets swing by the FIAT dealer on the way home, you know the Jennifer Lopez car...I smiled and said why not. He said I lit up like a light bulb when I saw the choices available. I bounced from car to car. Started asking the sales rep all kinds of questions. Charles discussed with me the needs that I required, gas mileage etc. The FIAT fit my needs as well as the other well rated cars I had test driven. I test drove a Sport, I was looking at the Pop model. I was pleased with the ride and ease of the car ride. I was then still unsure if I wanted to buy yet, our plans were to buy in March and gather all the information on all the car options. Gas Mileage, test ratings, safety etc. I was offered the car for the rest of the week-end to see what I thought. On Monday my husband and I had more questions. Charles explained everything thouroughly and we left with a yellow Sport, not a Pop. We felt well treated, professionally handled, and thought we got a good price for our options. Your dealership was the best at being attentive, well versed and professional with just enough personality and humor to have conservative couple buy a FIAT over the other traditional cars in its class. I would recomend anyone to go there and have a perfect car buying experience. I left happy and content with my new bright yellow bumble bee! Now I just need a purse to match my ride! :) More
