My experience was very positive. I made several visits to the dealership in the process of deciding on the right car for me. When I let the dealer know that I was seriously looking for a new car and was to the dealership in the process of deciding on the right car for me. When I let the dealer know that I was seriously looking for a new car and was fairly sure it would be a Fiat, notes were made on which car I might want and the value of my trade in. The day I returned to finalize my decision, the notes were available in the file and the process continued to sales. The process for the decision was over a 4 month period. I was never hasseled during this process which made my decision process easier. When I purchased the car, Charles was very thorough in orientating me to the car and invited me to call or return at anytime for aspects that may need more coverage. A very positive experience. More

Not knowing anything about the Fiat's, he was a tremendous help. Showed us all the models and took the time to make sure we understood the differences between them. Daily I get waved at or people are looking at my car when it is parked. It is an attention getter and they can't believe how my convertible window in the back goes all the way down and under.
