Excellent service by my salesman I have purchased two vehicles in the past but they were both kia's from Fette Ford. Great Customer Service My car got totalled about a month ago and I specifically wanted to get a Jeep, I'm having a kid so I needed a car that's better than a two-door. Conci My car got totalled about a month ago and I specifically wanted to get a Jeep, I'm having a kid so I needed a car that's better than a two-door. Concidentally, Fette Ford had a trade-in 2008 Liberty. I came in and met with Andrew Orengo. He's the first salesman I have ever met that actually cared about his customers. He showed me the car and told me everything I needed to know and had me test drive it. It literally felt like I was talking to a friend. He was very polite and honest, it was a very comfortable experience. I was brought to financing and spoke with Anthony Greco, very nice guy, as well. He helped me get the best deal for the car with warranties still included. The next day, I was called by their manager, Zack, he told me that there were a few things with the car they needed to check. Personally, I was really impressed. I didn't expect any dealership to actually care and call a customer because there were things needed done. I really appreciate that! I was brought over to the Quick Lane and spoke to Roger and dropped the car off. The service was a little slow, but I understood that were a lot of cars that needed to be fixed. They had my brakes, wiper blades, air filter and oil changed with the warranty. All in all, my experience with Fette Ford was beyond amazing. Very impressed. I definitely recommend Andrew, he's definitely one of the best salesmen out there. More

They make a deal with you ... and they ask you to bring back the car after one year , so your credit will improve and they would get you better monthl They make a deal with you ... and they ask you to bring back the car after one year , so your credit will improve and they would get you better monthly payment with no problem for the mileage .... with big smile and ice cream for the kids .... you bring the car on time ,,, the whole crew changed ,,, new people you would have to explain the deal to them .. they will not believe you .. they act like they gonna help you and get you out this problem ... they take the car back to give you a new car with less payment ... and without you know they hit you with the ( negative equity ) which in my case was around $ 11.000 they added to the price of the new car..... eleven thousand dollars extra you pay to ride a car for one year from these THIEVES IIII and the funny part of their game that they argue with you that they lowered your monthly payment by $ 100 ... one hundred less a month !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nothing that they promised has been given. Service is below par. Don't buy a service contract for oil changes - you will wait forever, if you can get them on the phone to make an appointment. You can leave a message to be called back, but they won't. I like Ford but definitely will go to another dealership next time. More
False Advertising! They advertise a truck on their website however, the price did not match the truck shown. Called the dealership since we live an hour & a half away. Omar told me the picture that was listed was the actual truck for sale. However, he would have his boss Manny call me to verify it was still available. Manny did call me, verified the truck pictured was still available and the following morning we took the drive. When we arrived I showed Manny the actual picture listed of the truck and the price of $28,855. Never did he say to us the body was not included. Proceeded to the lot and began looking at the truck. It was then we were told that the truck pictured on the website was actually over $48,000. The price posted did not include the body. What dealership advertises with a picture and a price but it isn't for the whole truck pictured? Manny apologized and appeared annoyed that it was advertised the way it was. Has their website changed and been corrected? No, they continue to advertise a truck with an incorrect price. I really don't know what they expect by advertising like this. Obviously a turnoff for us and we immediately let him know how we felt and left. Immediately got on the phone with another dealership further south in NJ and what a pleasure to do business with Burns GMC in Marlton, NJ where they advertise a truck with a correct price. The best part was it was $13,000 less than the one at Fette Ford. I would not recommend anybody doing business with this dealership. A shady way of doing business! More
