Great Experience at Fette Kia in Clifton, nj Just leased a new Sorento from Tony Catalano at Fette Kia in Clifton, NJ. We had worked with Tony last year on the purchase of a 2014 Ford Mustang. Just leased a new Sorento from Tony Catalano at Fette Kia in Clifton, NJ. We had worked with Tony last year on the purchase of a 2014 Ford Mustang. We were pleasantly surprised to meet Tony at Fette Kia. Although we had - months left on our Optima, a wonderful care, Tony in his low pressure approach, suggested we just look at the Sorento . We found ourselves test driving one shortly thereafter, and began talking numbers. After a short while, we were convinced that Tony had produced a very good deal, in his polite, courteous,and knowledgeable way, and we were soon on our way home in a new Sorento. Fette Ford - THE BEST FORD DEALERSHIP IN NEW JERSEY I have purchased many fords in my life. I moved to Wayne NJ. I was looking for a second car. I purchased a Ford Fusion from Fette in 2012. The Salesma I have purchased many fords in my life. I moved to Wayne NJ. I was looking for a second car. I purchased a Ford Fusion from Fette in 2012. The Salesman was non-pressure. They were able to get me into a car at my price. I have taken my Fusion back for all regular maintenance and they ROCK with service also. Today, took my Fusion for service. As always they took me in quickly. My wife said, hey just check out that notice they sent you about trade-in at the same payment, less or a bit more then you are paying now... I SAID "you have to be kidding that is only a gimmick to get you in and then stick you"... well, as all good husbands do I went inside... why not, I am on vacation.... I met the manager and I said I will give you 30 minutes to give me the number I want... no more no less...so he put me in contact with Mario Castellano. Talk about the right time and the right salesman... not only did they get me the car we wanted to upgrade to a 2016 Ford Escape... THEY ACTUALLY DID IT... only $20.00 MORE A MONTH verses my current payment on a 2010 fusion... ONLY they can do this with no pressure and no lies or gimmicks. They actually did what they said they could... FETTE FOR PRESIDENT is what I say! So I went in for service and walked out better than before... I want to thank the manager but, especially Mario Castellano!!!! A friend and I consider family... THANK YOU FETTE. You have a customer for life as long as I'm in NJ. Let me also acknowledge Paul Batista... WOW! Great guy. He is a true gentleman and non-pressure finance guy! Kudus to you Paul... stay true and as you are. You and Mario are the “A Team”. Thank you for making my life easy by allowing me to make my wife happy without any stress or worries! Bravo to both of you! NOTE: To Fette Management... Mario and Paul... they are keepers and I hope they are around for many more years... I need to replace my truck soon and my son is 3 years from getting his license and I want to do more business with these guys... Best Ralph M! More

Top Class Treatment Mario was superb from start to finish. From the holding the car for me for 2 weeks until I was able to make it to the showroom to chauffeuring me to/f Mario was superb from start to finish. He's for the customer and follows up with you. I'll never buy a Ford from anywhere that isn't Fette and from anyone that isn't Mario. More
Scammers This is the old fashioned dealership where you walk in and meet the "good" guy. You tell him what you are looking for and then he tells you it can't be done. But he will try his hardest. Out comes the "bad" guy, telling you more crap. The whole time the original salesman pretends to be on your side. They can sometimes bring in a 3rd person (anther "good" guy) and around d around you go. They gave me such a great "deal". It was crap. I ended up going to another dealership where I was given both respect and honesty. Let's face it, going for a car is worse than getting a tooth pulled. This dealership is exactly why we hate car shopping. Nothing but games. Tony Catalano was condescending and patronizing. Will NEVER go again. More
