Every question I had was met with detailed, thoughtful answers, and she made the whole process smooth and easy. Julia closed the deal through text messages alone, which is practically unheard of. Her efficiency and professionalism were truly impressive, making the entire experience feel personalized and stress-free. When I arrived, Keith was ready to help me with the test drive and paperwork. He made the process seamless, and his easygoing nature turned what could have been a tedious chore into a pleasant experience. Keith was the kind of person who made you feel comfortable and confident in your decisions. Frank, the manager, was nothing short of wonderful. The dealership’s inventory was also a sight to behold. Even though I was there to buy a used BMW, I was captivated by their collection of Ferraris. The sheer beauty and power of those machines had me dreaming of the day I could come back and drive away in one of those Italian masterpieces. The reception staff deserves special mention for their hospitality. During my wait, they kept me energized with four double espressos, made to perfection by an espresso machine that could have been crafted by Italian artisans. And as if that wasn’t enough, I discovered an Italian biscotti in the glove box of my new car—almost as satisfying as finding a bottle of Wild Turkey. In the end, I was so thrilled with my new BMW that I drove it 300 miles nonstop to Los Angeles. It was a drive that I’ll remember for a long time, thanks to the incredible people at the dealership who made the whole experience unforgettable. If this is how they treat someone buying a used BMW, I can only imagine the red-carpet treatment when I return for a Ferrari one day. More
