I recently had its annual performed there and would like to point out the professional and courteous performance from their Lead Service Adviser James Pollack. This is the second year 'I've worked with James since he took over for the prior lead. He went out of his way to keep the provide the same master tech on my vehicle, deal with all my concerns and requests, sent correspondence to me outside of business hours, worked around my deliver/pickup schedule and works with FNA to solve issues. We are lucky to have him and the master Ferrari techs to take care of our cars especially if you are concerned about quality of care and superior knowledge. More

unsatisfied customer On December 22, 2018. I purchased a 2019 Ferrari Portofino VIN #: xxxxxxxx🤬240987 My new Ferrari needed to be taken in to be serviced for a On December 22, 2018. I purchased a 2019 Ferrari Portofino VIN #: xxxxxxxx🤬240987 My new Ferrari needed to be taken in to be serviced for a faulty alternator. My vehicle was returned two days later with a scratch that was not there prior to it being towed to the dealership. Yet, when I call the dealership now, they insist the vehicle was brought in with this damage and that the tow truck driver even has it noted on his paperwork. At no point in time did the tow truck driver submit any paperwork to me that needed to be signed, to assure I had knowledge of this damage, if it was in fact done prior to the date of service. I cannot understand why a Ferrari dealership would take would take the word of a tow truck driver over that of a brand new owner. In fact, if I want to have this fixed, they told me they would send me an estimate for the amount I would need to pay. Please advise if this is the way this company does business, having no proof or evidence and then trying to charge the customer who has no fault in the matter More
