The purchase and trade-in process was no pressure, transparent, and seamless from beginning to end. After the purchase, I left the car at the dealership to surprise my wife for her birthday. I had custom wheels and tires shipped in to the dealership, and an elaborate surprise planned out for pickup. This would not have been possible without the logistics coordination and dedication from Antoine. Not only did he help me navigate and fully surprise my wife, but went above and beyond what anyone would have done. More

They bungled the plate transfer process--as I write this I still have temp tags after 45 days, They let me leave the dealership without insurance. There was damage to the rims that was not disclosed before I made the 10 hour trip to get the car. When I got the car home I noticed that the coat hanger was missing leaving an open hole! When I brought this to their attention they made ZERO effort to make it right. I ended up having to order and pay for a $50 piece of plastic! Just a pitiful excuse for high end car buying. Inexcusable really. Be careful with this outfit before you drop the kind of money these cars cost More
Took my 360 F1 Spider in because my rollover valve's were broke. Shawn is my service adviser and Robert is my tech, they fixed the problem checked out the whole car for me and came in under budget. These folks did an absolutely terrible job on a major service for my 512TR. It was so bad I had to get it done a second time (with more competent folks)! They did refund a small amount of what I paid but I was still out thousands of dollars! More
