As I lived 200 miles away, they accepted my AEX account for my deposit. It was a very easy and smooth transaction., I can't speak to their finance department as I did not finance my purchase. There was difficulty in locating a one-way rental with return at their dealership. To facilitate the sale and make my purchase experience even smoother, Ferman Volvo sent a car and driver to pick me up for travel to the dealership. The salesman and his sales manager were professional and courteous. While preowned, the wagon was in pristine condition. I'd recommend the dealership to friends and relatives. More
