Service reception is wonderful. Service said they balanced my tires and I was charged for it. Within a hour of leaving I had the low tire pressure light come on. I made an appointment and opted to wait. Waiting room was clean, airy, stocked with pastries and coffee, and service was prompt. I did wait but they were clear about how long. We bought a 2022 Volvo xc90 that was supposed to be the gm or owners car and it had 5000 miles. We were told it was a new car with warranty and all plus we would have a loaner every time. Our windshield wipers are already bad, the car charger chrome is chipping and the drivers side leather is worn out and has small tears in it. We also have a service that came up already. This is no where near what was said to us when we purchased the vehicle and it seems like people get annoyed when I explain the problems. More

For years we were coming to the dealership like to our family and were treated likewise. We would suggest, however the little improvement in training of the receptionist Christina who assumed a position o family and were treated likewise. We would suggest, however the little improvement in training of the receptionist Christina who assumed a position of expert and management to estimate on the phone charges for yearly maintenance and limiting connections with service people. For almost a year we were not able to speak with Matt or Sharon for any reason. Christina would, in rather unpleasant way, refused connection. We wonder how many customers turned away from the service which for years were a pleasure. More
Service great. No loaner so took valet to my gym. When time to leave I was told the valet was a distance away so I had to call my wife to pick me up and drive me to No loaner so took valet to my gym. This is my third new Volvo, two purchased from Ferman and all three serviced exclusively by Ferman. Prior to covid I always got a loaner. None since. I was told that the loaners were booked weeks in advance. Not pleased with this aspect of service. More
