Dropped off vehicle for scheduled service. End of day rolled around no answer on phone and car unexpectedly stayed the night. Next day still no answer from calls and texts to service advisor. They had my car for a month. They did not add any gas or wash it when they brought it back to me. It sat outside the entire time. They never found the problem with my car and it has done the same thing again once since I got my car back. I have had several issues with the automatic safety systems (lane assist and front collision assist), as well as the phone connectivity to utilize the air play on my Apple iPhone. They have not been able to fix these issues because they are intermittent and they say they cannot replicate them. More
