While they were fairly nice in the beginning, it seems that as soon as I drove away, they didn’t care anymore. I called soon after I arrived home to tell them there was a problem with the windshield. The reply was short and defensive and their glass man said there was nothing he could do. I sought out my own repair at my expense just to feel safe in my new car. Next year when I trade again, I will not be buying from Ferman. More

The dealership was clean, and the service department staff were friendly and polite. They serviced my car quickly and everything was low pressure.
