Although the repair bill was very high, they were very understanding and applied all available coupons, provided savings on labor, and even provided a few parts at no cost. And of course free rentals are understanding and applied all available coupons, provided savings on labor, and even provided a few parts at no cost. Excellent Service Courtney and team were very helpful explaining what service was needed, the cost and suggested we extend our supplemental service agreement that was a Courtney and team were very helpful explaining what service was needed, the cost and suggested we extend our supplemental service agreement that was about to expire and that it would cover the cost our brake work. So we took their recommendation and glad we did! I love my Mini and will continue to enjoy it more so living in Florida. More

servic All worked out fine, but they did not take care of the Stop/ Start not working. It was working when he checked it but realize the battery should have been replaced. 5 Years old.I waited while they did it and it all got resolved and manager gave me discount and no charge for replacing it. But it was frustrating to come pick it up and not have everything right. My maintenance warranty had run out but still have the Fidelity W. I was surprised it did not cover the electronic testing. More
