During the corona virus outbreak, their concern for maintaining social distancing and sanitized transfer of keys as well as limited touching of interior car surfaces was outstanding. Defective headlight on my 2020 BMW M5 competition. Bob Murray of course I'm sure made sure, That I was treated with the utmost care by all members of the Furman BMW dealership's operations. Marc in service took a thorough and concerned effoort to remedy the problem with my defective headlight. The techs ordered a component and installed it into my headlamp system. When they saw that, that component didn't fix the problem they immediatley ordered another component with totally remedied the headlight situation with my M5 competition. I eft very Happy.
