My sales experience from Gary Mack was incredible. I knew exactly what make/model and options I wanted in my Mini, but Gary provided clarity to my order and helped me fine tune my options. Once the order was made he continued to follow up with me until my new car arrived. After I picked up the car, Gary continued to follow up to ensure I was completly satisfied. It's been 8 months and I still receive phone calls and e-mails, from Gary, ensuring I completly satisfied with my Mini. I had a small issue with the Lumbar Support in my drivers seat, it seemed it wasn't working correctly from the factory. After a few visits to Rob Zoffer in the Service Department and working with his Service Manager (Paul W.) they attempted to repair the seat. They quicly realized the lumbar support needed to be replaced and they quickly had it replaced. The customer service I've recieved from Ferman Mini has been stellar. More

I have been buying cars from dealerships for a very long time and this is easily the best experience I've ever had. There was no pressure from Lauren on either of my two visits to buy the car. She patiently time and this is easily the best experience I've ever had. There was no pressure from Lauren on either of my two visits to buy the car. She patiently answered all of my questions. When I asked a question for which she did not immediately know the answer, she sought out the information and called me when she had it. It's unusual for a salesperson to know so much about a brand of used car that they do not offer new at their dealership, but Lauren knew a lot about cars in general and this one in particular. All in all a very happy experience and NO buyers remorse from getting pressured into a sale. The same for Todd Morgan, who handled the financing and closing paperwork. There was no pressure at any point in the transaction and I've never gone through a closing as quickly and smoothly. He also got me a super rate on my loan - better than my own bank quoted me. More
My service issue was with lost connectivity to SIRIUS when SIRIUS (not MINI) changed their platform. Melvin was so accomodating and killed himself to rectify the situation. He ended up escalating to MINI when SIRIUS (not MINI) changed their platform. Melvin was so accomodating and killed himself to rectify the situation. He ended up escalating to MINI, SIRIUS and XM radio and made them teleconference together to attempt to correct the issue. To ensure I was not inconvenienced, he went out of his way to put me in a replacement MINI Sport (hmmmm is this a puppy dog loaner!! hee hee....I still love MY baby better though!) Melvin ended up replacing the entire radio. No cost to me for either the rental/loaner or all the hard work! BETTER than fabulous experience! I love my family!!! e More
