I am a mini fan. I brought my 2009 mini in to trade for a 2013 that had Bluetooth . I am extremely picky about my cars so " Jade" Watson great shape . I told them I basically wanted the same exact car but I a 2013 . Chris Amato was friendly and very helpful. I walked out with a car that most people don't know I changed. Perfect! Wow, what a fun experience - so rare in car dealerships today. Matt was gracious, patient and laid back as my mom took several hours of his time to find the mini she wanted. My first purchase at Ferman Mini/BMW was a pre-owned 2008 BMW 750i. I was very impressed by the professionalism of my sales person, Jack Markley. Together with manager Todd Martin we worked out, what I feel was a very good deal on an absolutely gorgeous, low mileage BMW. No games, no tricks, no pressure - just a very pleasant buying experience all the way around. Service after the sale was also commendable! The selection of pre-owned cars at Ferman BMW/Mini is top-notch. They may not have the widest selection in the area but I certainly didn't find any "clunkers" on their premises. All the cars I looked at were in pristine condition. I can't recommend Jack Markley and Todd Morgan enough if you're in the market for great pre-owned automobile or a new Mini Cooper. More

I was so pleased with my buying experience, I recently returned to purchase another pre-owned vehicle. I called Jack to let him know I was on the prowl again! a few days later he contacted me regarding a 2010 Lexus LS460L that just became available. I went in to check out this low-mileage beauty and purchased it immediately. The car was exactly what I was looking for! Once again, Jack Markley and Todd Morgan were an absolute pleasure to work with and made the whole car-buying process a breeze. I can't recommend these guys enough and am writing this as an expression of thanks for the top-notch, professional service I received. Thanks guys! More
My wife purchased a mini cooper from Palm Harbor... As luck would have it I was driving her cooper to do some business at a local torro dealer near our home and the mini experience some problems... I had the worst experience of my lifetime at Wesley Chapel Mini-cooper in Wesley Chapel but drove on a spare tire to Palm Harbor the next day. My wife and I have a 2006 MINI Convertible with less than 50,000 miles. Unfortunately Ferman MINI is the only dealership in Tampa Bay and the West Coast of Florida. Every time we take the car in for servic 50,000 miles. Unfortunately Ferman MINI is the only dealership in Tampa Bay and the West Coast of Florida. Every time we take the car in for service they give us a list of 3 or 4 other things that need to be fixed. Each "suggested" repair runs about $600 on average. We understand things happen, but they are clearly trying to scam us. We know because we went for an oil change and then back for a minor power window repair 3 weeks later. The suggested repairs they identified at the first visit are totally different from the ones they suggested at the second visit! Power steering pump suggested today: $750. If the power steering pump goes out in the next year, I'll come back on this site and retract my comments. If the power steering pump, suspension bushings and engine cooling fan are all wrong with this car at <50,000 miles, NO ONE SHOULD EVER BUY A MINI. I think the dealer is corrupt. More
