This dealership has the absolute worst communication . The first water pump went bad few months ago had to call and call to get an update . I called dealership back to say I found one down street I’ll pick up car well miraculously one showed up later that day .Today 6/12/2023 dropped car off at 8 am my service advisor had not got there yet other gentleman wrote it up I’ve tried the dealer 5 times left two voicemails one at 3 pm and another to service manager I have been to this dealership 4 times and have yet had a pleasant experience I’m dealing with a major dealership not Johns garage and auto . UPDATE UPDATE 6/12/2023 4:30 pm after 2 and half hours still no call back but they sure can answer a google complaint in minutes worst dealership UPDATE UPDATE 06/13/2023 10:30 am still no call from management . Do yourself a favor stay far away from this Ferman dealer More

The car has had 3 rear ends. 1 was replaced because of a ft en noise under the 3/36 the next was replace under my service contract then the split drive shafts were replace and th 1 was replaced because of a ft en noise under the 3/36 the next was replace under my service contract then the split drive shafts were replace and the exhaust was not out back in correctly ash the one thing has to come down to so the shaft. Noise is still there and I have been told they won't work on my car. 4 radios have been replaced and it has to go to the dealership for portocols. I went to the dealership and told them what happened but they can't do thing the stereo I have Allstate warranty Sadly the manger refuses with my. I worked for Chrysler for 21 years a service writer and this way of treating a customer is not rt. Please call for details. Now I have been rail roaded ti sell my car as this place is the only place in 30 miles to go. Theo sis the second car that I bought the being from there. 2015 dart gt. Same issues. The incompetence miscommunication is terrible there. Your system manager lives ended up, taking over the situation, which was very good which were everything with the train. State and I got for the car was when is gonna throw parts in until we get the noise to go away. Yes they ate the $100 deductible because the job is done right the first time. Yes they gave me a card to use which I was appreciative. Do I have to wash wax and polished and return perfect. I appreciate that but the service manager and I have an issue. To be railroad it from a Chrysler dealership when I work for Chrysler All those years as a service advisor, and the manager was an insult. Apparently customer satisfaction is not important anym More
