I recently had the pleasure of visiting Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of New Port Richey for my car purchase. I had found several Jeep Wranglers listed for sale online and reached out to the dealerships t Jeep Dodge Ram of New Port Richey for my car purchase. I had found several Jeep Wranglers listed for sale online and reached out to the dealerships to make sure they were still available. Of the 3 vehicles I was interested in, one sold that evening and the other two I made arrangements to see the next day. The salesperson assigned to me was named Dylan, he reached out to me to see what time I would be arriving on the morning of my visit and kept in touch even though I was a couple of hours delayed. Dylan was incredibly helpful throughout the process, he remained patient and professional while answering all of my questions thoroughly. He even offered helpful suggestions based on his expertise without being pushy or overbearing. Once I decided to purchase the Wrangler, Dylan guided me through every step of the paperwork with ease. He explained each document clearly so that I understood what I was signing without feeling rushed or confused. After the initial paperwork was completed Scot from the financing team worked efficiently to secure a loan for me at a better rate than I had found for myself! Scot was equally as helpful and knowledgeable and explained everything as he guided me through the process. Overall, my experience at Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of New Port Richey exceeded all of my expectations, from the moment I walked in I was greeted by friendly staff, both Scot and Dylan were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and the whole process was painless and professional. I made a second trip to the dealership to pick up the jeep and do the paperwork. I told Dylan I do t want to be here for long when I arrive to pickup. He had everything ready to go and I don’t think I was there to sign the paperwork and review some features on the jeep for more than 30 minutes.
